Kettle Sour

Modeled after a chocolate cherry cordial, we brew this kettle sour with Videri cocoa nibs, Indian Grove Farms serviceberries, cherries, and foraged mulberries from a few prolific trees in our neighborhood. Fruity aroma gives way to a refreshing tartness, followed by a soft, lingering cocoa finish.
