The newly refreshed Rocket Science features:
a new malt bill,
a bolder aroma,
lower IBUs,
a change in our hopping schedule, and
a new hop mix (Citra, Centennial and Mosaic, versus Amarillo, Centennial and Mosaic).
It remains a timeless classic.
We simply re-tested our hypothesis, "What would an American IPA taste like if it were created in 2024...not 2010?"
