Flying Pepper

We took a portion of a batch of Paycheck Pilsner and added Aji Dulce peppers, a sweet pepper that has tons of fruity complexity with very little heat. The peppers were treated with neutral spirits from Fair Game Beverage in Pittsboro, who also use the Aji Dulce in their signature vodka.
