Find us a better food beer. Or a better end-of-work beer for farmers and brewers alike.We love Saison and the we're going to keep brewing them. Sure, we'll make IPAs and Pilsners and the occasional Hazy. But we're also going to wait for you to Return to Saison.

Because to everything, there is......a Saison.

As for our latest saison, we let saison ferment at ambient summer temps, generating a ton of esters and layered complexity. We also added peppercorn (green, pink, black), which layers in perfectly with these esters and complements the beer's dry finish.
